Basile Muntean, D.D.S, F.A.G.D, F.I.C.O.I.

Dr. Basile Muntean is a graduate of the Maxi-Course® Program in Implant Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry. He provides the highest quality dental care possible, in a caring and friendly manner, and in an amiable atmosphere that is enriching to both patients and staff.
Since entering private practice in 1993, his patients’ dental needs and concerns have been his foremost priority. Through comprehensive communication regarding patient expectations and treatments (including risks, benefits and alternatives), Dr. Muntean has developed a strong, healthy relationship of mutual trust and respect with his patients. He has kept abreast of the latest advances in technology and techniques in all phases of dentistry, and implements them as appropriate.


Dr. Muntean is committed to continuing education, being a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry,  Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists,  and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Congress of Oral Implantologists, Southern California Society of General Dentistry and multiple dental study clubs. Dr. Basile Muntean has been named a Top Dentist in the 2007 edition of the "Guide to America's Top Dentists" published annually by the Consumers Research Council of America .  In 2009 -- Basile Muntean, DDS,  Inc has been selected for the 2009 Best of Orange Award in the Specialized Dental Practitioners category by the U.S. Commerce Association, in recognition of exceptional marketing success in the local community.

Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry  is a prestigious symbol of dentistry's continuous journey toward improvement and progress. Carmen Muntean, D.D.S.

Dr. Carmen Muntean's primary field of interest is Periodontics (Gum Disease treatment) and she has completed extensive courses in Periodontal Therapy. As the current medical standards-of -care shift to mandate multi-disciplinary management of compromising medical conditions, Dr. Carmen Muntean is continuously adjusting our treatment protocols by introducing the latest advances in this rapidly changing dental arena. With 60 percent of the adult population being affected by some stage of Periodontal Disease and with an increasing number of medical diseases being related to the presence of chronic oral infections, dr. Muntean is elevating her practice to these new medical standards, through ongoing continuing education for the benefits of our ever increasing patient base.

Jessica Moran, D.A .- Implant Treatment Coordinator

Jessica Moran, D.A. - has been with our team since 2006. She is in charge with coordinating our implant dentistry practice, as well as administering the shipping and receiving of dental supplies and materials. She also plays an important role in training new personnel. A member of the Army Reserve, she serves in the military on weekends.  Jessica is a proud mother of two who enjoys spending time with her kids and family.

Terry Tull, D.A .- Insurance Administrator, Appointment Coordinator

Terry Tull, D.A. - has been an important part of our team for the past couple of years.  She is a dedicated individual with a vast experience in the dental industry where she had worked as a dental assistant for most of her career.  Being in charge with the appointment book, Terry makes sure that our patients get our clinical team's undivided and uninterrupted attention while in the clinical area, and that our patient base is always able to get in for an appointment at their most convenient time. In coordinating the dental insurance relations, Terry uses her experience to our patients advantage, to make the most out of any insurance benefits available to them.

Virginia Gonzalez, D.A. - Front Office Coordinator

Virginia Gonzalez, D.A. -  is an essential piece of our team. Having spent all her career in the dental field (first as a clinical assistant and then as business  assistant), Virginia is a very capable problem solver.  Over the years, Virginia played an important role in the making of our practice and the shaping of our dental team. She is a committed team member, with high standards of integrity  and complete dedication  to customer service. She likes traveling with family and friends, having seen - so far - 4 continents,  and to spend time with her grandson.

Rosalia Palacios, D.A. - Dental Assistant

Rosalia Palacios, D.A. -  Since 2003, Rosie has been a breath of fresh air in our team assembly. Always cheerful, with an extraordinary sense of responsibility, knowledgeable, and ready to step up and help others when needed, Rosie loves helping our patients and her chosen profession is a perfect match. She lives nearby in Anaheim, has two boys and a baby girl and spending time with them is her favorite pastime.

Charles Jung, D.A., D.T. - Dental Assistant, Dental Lab Support

Charles Jung, D.A., D.T. -  A member of our team since 2002, Charles is currently working on a part-time basis. His other job is dental laboratory technician. With his many years of dental laboratory and dental assisting experience that he brings to the table, he completes our team and makes us that much better. In his spare time he likes fishing and snowboarding in the winter season.
